Leavers Additionally, we engage external contracted companies for outsourced personnel who work at our operations. Although we supervise these personnel, they are not included as part of our headcount as they are employed by the contracted companies respectively. However, we ensure that contracted companies we work with share our core Human Resource (“HR”) management practices.
