CARING FOR OUR EMPLOYEES 8.1 OUR APPROACH We believe our people are our most valuable asset, and fostering a diverse, engaged workforce while prioritising well-being is key to our long-term success. We are dedicated to cultivating an inclusive workplace where every employee feels safe, valued, and supported. We are internally assessing targets to strengthen our commitment to a positive work environment and the health and safety of our employees 8.2 EMPLOYEE WELL-BEING 8.2.1 Profile of Our Workforce As of 31 December 2025, CSE had a total workforce of 1,602 employees, comprising 83% males and 17% female employees.
