Retirement Of Chief Operating Officer

| The Board of Directors of CSE Systems & Engineering ("the Company") wishes to announce that Mr Low Sek Fun has retired as the Chief Operating Officer of the Company on 30 September 2001.
Mr Low will remain as non-executive Director and member of the Audit Committee of the Company. |
