CSE Global is honoured to have been recognised for its commitment to corporate governance, garnering the "Singapore Corporate Governance Award" as well as the “Most Transparent Technology Company Award” from the SIAS Securities Investors Association of Singapore numerous times, since as early as 2004.
Our corporate governance report, which is updated annually, outlines CSE Global's corporate governance practices with specific reference to the updated principles and provisions in the revised Code of Corporate Governance 2018. Where the Group's practices differ from the principles and guidelines under the 2018 CG Code, our position and reasons in respect of the same are explained in the report.
To demonstrate its commitment towards excellence in corporate governance, CSE Global joined the Securities Investors Association Singapore (SIAS) and its partners in making the public Statement of Support at the annual Singapore Corporate Governance Week organised by SIAS.
