eBworx Goes IPO

| CSE Global's Malaysian associate company, eBworx, a regional financial solutions specialist is making a public issue of 50,000,000 new ordinary shares of RM$0.10 each by way of private placement and public offer at an issue price of RM$0.33 per ordinary share payable in full on application in conjunction with its listing on the Mesdaq market of the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange.
