CSE Wins Two Contracts Worth S$3.5 Million In The Middle East & Africa

SINGAPORE (November 17, 2003) - CSE Global Ltd. (CSE) today announced that its United Kingdom based subsidiary, CSE-Servelec, recently secured two contracts worth £1.2 million (S$3.5 million) for gas related projects in Syria & Libya.

Valued at £0.8 million, the first project involves supplying a Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition System and Emergency Shutdown System for Zueitina Oil Company in Libya. The solution leverages on CSE-Servelec's proprietary SCOPE-X technology.

The second £0.4 million contract involves providing the Syrian Petroleum Company with a pipeline control and safeguarding system for its gas pipeline from Homs to Banias in Syria.

These contracts will have no significant impact on the CSE's net profit in the current financial year.

None of the Directors or substantial shareholders of CSE has any interest, direct or indirect, in the contract.
