Incorporation Of New Subsidiary

| The Board of Directors of CSE Global Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that the Company has incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary, details of which are as follows:
Name of Company: RTUnet (Asia) Pte. Ltd. Country of incorporation and operation: Singapore Authorized Capital: S$2,000,000 Issued and paid-up capital: S$2; to be increased to S$100,000.00 Principal activities: To distribute and market remote terminal units. The above investment will be funded through internal resources and is not expected to have any material impact on consolidated net tangible assets and earnings per share of the Company for the current financial year. None of the Directors or controlling shareholders of the Company has any interests, direct or indirect, in the above investment. |
