Completion Of Sale Of I-magination Berhad

| Further to the announcement made by the Company on 21 November 2005, the Board of Directors of CSE Global Limited ("CSE") wishes to announce that the Group has completed the sale of its interest in I-magination Berhad (IMB) on 24 December 2005. CSE will cease to be a shareholder of IMB. |
