Additional Investment In Transtel Engineering (Thailand) Co., Ltd

The Board of Directors of CSE Global Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that the Company's wholly-owned subsidiaries, Transtel Engineering Pte Ltd ("Transtel") and CSE Systems & Engineering (Thailand) Limited ("CSE Systems") have subscribed for an additional 60,000 shares and 90,000 shares in Transtel Engineering (Thailand) Co., Ltd, for a total consideration of THB6,000,000 and THB9,000,000 respectively.

Transtel Engineering (Thailand) Co., Ltd is owned by Transtel (40%) and CSE Systems (60%). Following the increase, the authorised and paid-up share capital in Transtel Engineering (Thailand) Co., Ltd is THB20,000,000.

The above transaction is funded by internal resources and is not expected to have any material impact on the net tangible asset per share and earnings per share of the Company for the current and next financial year.

None of the Directors or controlling shareholders of the Company has any interests, direct or indirect, in the above transaction.
