Subscription Of 4,425,000 Ordinary Shares Of £1.00 Each In CSE-Servelec Group Limited

The Board of Directors of CSE Global Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that the Company has subscribed for an additional 4,425,000 ordinary shares of £1.00 each in its wholly-owned subsidiary, CSE-Servelec Group Limited, for a total consideration of £4,425,000 by way of capitalisation of an amount owing by CSE-Servelec Group Limited to the Company.

Following the subscription, the issued share capital of CSE-Servelec Group Limited is £4,578,000.

The above subscription is not expected to have any material impact on the consolidated net tangible assets and earnings per share of the Group for the current financial year.

None of the Directors or controlling shareholders of the Company has any interests, direct or indirect, in the above transaction.
