| Footnotes | Further to the Financial Statement and Dividend Announcement for the year ended 31 December 2008 made on 25 February 2009, the Board of Directors of CSE Global Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that the Company's final dividend of 3 cents per ordinary share (one-tier tax exempt) will be paid on 27 May 2009, if approved at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 29 April 2009. Notice is hereby given that the Transfer Books and Register of Members of the Company will be closed on 15 May 2009 for the preparation of dividend warrants. Registrable transfers received by the Company's Registrar, Boardroom Corporate & Advisory Services Pte. Ltd. of 3 Church Street #08-01, Samsung Hub, Singapore 049483 by 5.00 p.m. on 14 May 2009 will be registered before entitlements to the dividends are determined.
