Leave Of Absence Of Managing Director

Singapore, 11 August 2009 - CSE Global Ltd ("CSE") wishes to announce of the decision made on 7 August 2009 for its Managing Director, Mr. Tan Mok Koon to undergo a coronary artery bypass surgery which was performed on 8 August 2009. The surgery was successful and Mr. Tan Mok Koon is expected to take a leave of absence from CSE for approximately 5 weeks.

While Mr. Tan Mok Koon is away from work, with immediate effect, the Chairman, Mr. Lim Ming Seong will work closely with the Management Team and assume an active management oversight role.
