Results Of Annual General Meeting And Retirement Of Director

A) RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The Board of Directors of CSE Global Limited (the "Company") are pleased to announce that at the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company held on 19 April 2010, all resolutions relating to matters as set out in the Notice of AGM were duly passed.

B) RETIREMENT OF DIRECTOR

The Board would also like to announce the retirement of Mr Goh Boon Seong, a Director of the Company at the conclusion of the AGM.

The Board would like to express its appreciation to Mr Goh for his past contributions to the Company.
