Appointment Of Senior Management

With effect from 1st June 2010, Mr Alan Stubbs will be appointed as the Chief Operating Officer for CSE Global Ltd. Reporting to Mr Tan Mok Koon, Group Managing Director of CSE Global Ltd, Mr Stubbs will support Mr Tan with the operational running of the global business units to direct the business units short-term and long-range performance goals, allocate resources and assess policies for senior management and participate in Group's acquisition and growth activities to support the overall objective and plan. This appointment is in addition to Mr Stubbs' existing role as the Managing Director of the CSE Global (UK) group of companies.

With effect from 1st June 2010, Mr Lim Boon Kheng, will be appointed as the Managing Director of CSE Global (Asia) Limited. This appointment is in addition to Mr Lim's existing role as the Group Chief Financial Officer.
