Responsible for all projects and the operational aspects of the business. Ensuring the project budgets and timescales were met, delivering the planned turnover and contribition to the business. All budgeting, planning and developments. 2001 to date Managing Director of Servelec Limited, to become CSE-Servelec Limited and then CSE Global (UK) Limited. Reporting to the board of CSE Global Singapore, responsible for all aspects of the CSE business in UK and the Middle East. Growing the business from approximately £8m of turnover in 2001 to an anticipated turnover of £50m in 2010. The acquisition and integration of three companies into the group, ttc, Scomagg and SIA. The organic development of the Healthcare business from startup to a £20m turnover in 2010. |
