Striking-Off A Wholly-Owned Subsidiary, Cse-Myers Pte. Ltd.

The Board of Directors of CSE Global Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that CSE-Myers Pte. Ltd., a wholly-owned dormant subsidiary has, upon its application and as subsequently notified in the Government Gazette notification dated 16 February 2011, been struck-off the Register of Companies pursuant to Section 344(4) of the Companies Act, Cap. 50, with effect from 11 February 2011.

The above transaction is not expected to have any material impact on the Group's earnings per share and net tangible assets per share for the current financial year.

None of the Directors or Controlling Shareholders of the Company has any interest, direct or indirect, in the above transaction.
