Sabbatical Leave And Re-Designation Of Director

Further to the announcement made on 4 January 2011, the Board of Directors of CSE Global Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that Mr. Tan Mok Koon will be taking a one-year sabbatical leave with effect from 1 February 2012 and he will be re-designated from Executive Deputy Chairman to Non-Executive Deputy Chairman of the Company with effect from that date.
