Constitution Of Executive Committee And End Of Tan Mok Koon's Sabbatical Leave

The Board of Directors of CSE Global Limited ("the Company", and together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") wishes to announce the following:

(A) An Executive Committee has been constituted and its members are as follows:

Lim Ming Seong - Chairman
Alan Russell Stubbs - Member
Lim Boh Soon - Member
Tan Mok Koon - Member

The Executive Committee's functions include meeting regularly to coordinate and discuss the Group's operations, looking into investment opportunities and overseeing the Group's investments.

(B) Further to the announcement made on 1 February 2012, Mr. Tan Mok Koon, who has been on sabbatical leave since 1 February 2012, will end his sabbatical leave with immediate effect to look into investment opportunities for the Company. He will remain as the Non-Executive Deputy Chairman.
