| Description | The Board of Directors of CSE Global Limited (the "Company", and together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") wishes to announce that the de-registration of the Company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Transtel Engineering (Tianjin) Co., Ltd, has been completed following the expiry of its operating licence on 18 December 2010. The de-registration of Transtel Engineering (Tianjin) Co., Ltd is not expected to have any material impact on the consolidated net tangible assets and earnings per share of the Group for the current financial year.
