Resignation Of Joint Company Secretary

The Board of Directors of CSE Global Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce the resignation of Mr. Tan Cher Liang as Joint Company Secretary of the Company which will take effect from 13 August 2013.

The Board of Directors wishes to thank Mr. Tan Cher Liang for his contributions during his term as the joint Company Secretary of the Company and wishes him success in the future.

Subsequent to the above resignation, Ms. Tan San-Ju will remain as the Company Secretary of the Company.
