Change Of Company Secretary

The Board of Directors of CSE Global Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce the
appointment of Mr. Jimmy Yap Tuck Kong as the new Company Secretary of the Company in place of Ms. Tan San-Ju with effect from 22 October 2013.

The Board wishes to take this opportunity to thank Ms. Tan San-Ju for her services and contributions to the Company during her term of office and the Board extends its best wishes to Ms. Tan San-Ju in her future endeavours.
