Servelec Group Intention To Float

The Board of Directors of CSE Global Limited (the "Company") refers to its earlier announcement on 13 August 2013 in relation to the proposed listing of the CSE Global UK Business on the London Stock Exchange.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Servelec Group plc (formerly known as CSE Global (UK) Limited) has announced today its intention to float.

Attached is a copy of the announcement dated 30 October 2013 which serves as an advertisement for the purposes of the UK Prospectus Rules.
