Successful Completion Of The Divestment Of The Company's Entire Shareholding Interest In Servelec Group Plc

The Board of Directors (the "Board") of CSE Global Limited (the "Company") refers to its announcement dated 28 November 2013 in respect of the proposed divestment of the Company's entire shareholding interest in Servelec Group plc.

The Company is pleased to inform its shareholders that the initial public offering of the Servelec Group plc shares was successfully completed on 2 December 2013, and the shares of Servelec Group plc were listed for trading on the London Stock Exchange on 2 December 2013.
