In April 2023, the Group has acquired 100% equity interest in TL Parker Ltd, Parker Communication Limited and remaining 50% shares in Orion NZ Radio Group Limited (collectively referred as “TL Parker Group”) (Note 5). ^^^ During the year, the Company has capitalised the loan into shares of CSE Technologies Pte Ltd amounting to $21,262,000 and the Company has capitalised amount due from CSE Global (Americas) Pte Ltd by subscribing for 60,750,000 new ordinary shares issued and alloted by CSE Global (Americas) Pte Ltd amounting to $60,750,000 (USD 45,000,000). ^^^^ During the year, TransTel Engineering PNG Limited was deregistered.
